Domestic Shipping (UK)
• Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. We strive to ensure prompt delivery so you can enjoy your sensory products as soon as possible.
• Pre-orders: For pre-ordered items, please allow 20-30 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock products, we will not split the order. All items will be shipped together once the pre-order items are available. If you would like the in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those.
• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, the delivery time depends on your location within the UK. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days, but it can vary based on courier services and delivery conditions.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain threshold, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
• Order Processing Time: International orders are processed within 1-2 business days. For pre-orders, please allow 10-14 business days for processing and shipping. As with domestic orders, if your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are available. Please consider placing separate orders if you need in-stock items sooner.
• Delivery Time: International delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Typically, international deliveries can take anywhere between 7-21 business days once dispatched, depending on local postal services and customs processing.
• Customs, Duties & Taxes: Please note that The Sensory Lab is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be covered by us. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to understand the potential costs before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or courier delays. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at thesensorylabuk@gmail.com with your order number, and we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.
